ProActive Management Consulting, LLC ., Counseling and Advocacy Services Intensive Family Intervention program is designed to improve family functioning by stabilizing living arrangements, promoting reunification when clinically proven appropriate and/or preventing the use of out of home therapeutic resources.

Services are provided primarily to youth between ages 0-22 in their family home with a family focus to:

• 1. Diffuse any current crisis, evaluate its nature and intervene to reduce the likelihood of recurrence;
• 2. ensure the linkage to needed community services and resources;
• 3. insure the clinical appropriateness of services provided;
• 4. improve youths’ ability to care for self if developmentally appropriate and their parent’s or legal guardian’s capacity to care for them.

Clinical services include:

• Crisis Stabilization
• In-Home Family Support Services
• Psychological Assessments
• Therapeutic Services for Children, Adolescents and Adults

There are specific criteria to participate in Intensive Family Intervention Program.
