Wrap Around Services – What Makes us Unique
Our Goal
In addition to the professional and dedicated individuals who serve families here at Proactive Management Consulting, LLC, there is a belief that children can break, the cycle of violence and self-destruction, if they receive their basic human needs.
Proactive Management’s GOAL is to provide a continuum of services to individuals and families in need of counseling, crisis intervention, prevention and education services to assist youth and families to meet their potential and reach a more functional level of INDEPENDENCE.
Building on the Positive
Rather than approach families by determining only what’s wrong, Proactive Management Consultant’s start by figuring out what’s RIGHT through effective listening of a family’s strengths. From there, families can begin to build on what already binds them together and then apply those strengths to the areas in their relationships that require adjusting
Team Approach
Each family is unique, and although the complex situations each one faces may require a variety of different services, our clients can feel more secure knowing there is that “family feeling” when working with a couple of Proactive Management’s Family Advocates in different areas to reach success. All Family Advocates will be with them every step of the way, ONE STEP AT A TIME. Family & Advocates develops goals and an action plan to reach those goals through effective communication which allows treatment for better continuity of care. That advocate works to understand their particular situation by examining families in their homes, schools, and communities by using resources that may have not been discovered by the family.
ProActive believes that--- Change is possible – One child at a time
