Tonya McMillian, MBA, Chief Executive Officer/President/Co-Founder 
Chief Executive Officer and co-founding partner of ProActive Management Consulting, LLC since inception in April 2003, Ms. McMillian has over 20 years of corporate and entrepreneur experience in consulting, training, project management, process improvement and industrial engineering. Before starting PMC, Ms. McMillian worked for Raytheon/TI Systems, Delta Airlines and Deloitte Consulting in various engineering, project manager and consulting positions. She was responsible for creating, implementing and monitoring key projects for various departments and providing key process improvements in multiple production and business areas. She is a native of Columbia, SC and received her B.S. in Industrial Engineering from University of Florida and M.B.A in International Business from Georgia State University.

 

Irene S. Houston, Ph.D., LPC, NCC/Clinical Director/Co-Founder

Co-Founding Partner of ProActive Management Consulting, LLC since inception in April 2003, Dr. Irene S. Houston is a Licensed Professional Counselor for the States of South Carolina and Georgia. Dr.  Houston is a Nationally Certified Counselor with more than 40 years of experience as a practicing clinician and educator with extensive experience in community mental health services, human services, program planning, community-based organization administration, program development, technical assistance, policy research, advocacy and network coalition building. Dr. Houston was a faculty member at two major Research I universities in the Southeast as well as a lead presenter of research and scholarly work at numerous local, state, national and international professional conferences and educational meetings. She has authored various published works in referenced professional journals and books. She is a native of Eastover, SC and received her Ph.D. in Counselor Education, Ed.S. in Community Agency Counseling, M.A. in Religious Studies and B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of South Carolina.

 

 

RJ Lewis, MBA, Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Lewis has more than 14 years experience as a volunteer working with children and adolescents. He has served as a Little League coach in various sports such as basketball and football. Mr. Lewis was a member of the University of Florida Football team while attending the University where he worked with various youth organizations such as Police Athletic League and Boys and Girls Club of North Florida as a mentor. In addition to Mr. Lewis has worked with youth with specials needs and children identified as at risk for the last 5-6 years. He has enjoyed being able to give back by working with children and adolescents in elementary, middle and high schools as a mentor. He received a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Florida and a Masters of Arts Degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix.
